Please note that I make unique one off pieces. I try to keep my website as up to date as possible, but as I also sell my work at craft fairs there is always the possibility that the item you wish to purchase may be unavailable. If this should happen I will contact you with 48 hours to let you know and of course to refund your payment.
All my jewellery comes wrapped in a beautiful silk pouch for you to keep it in safely when you are not wearing it, or as a lovely presentation package if you are giving the jewellery to someone special.
All items are delivered to you fully insured by Royal Mail for a set delivery charge of £5.00 no matter how many items you buy. I will post your order to you within two business days of receiving your payment and I send you an email confirmation of dispatch so you know when to expect your delivery. If I am unable to post in the normal timescale I will contact you to let you know.
I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not happy you can return it to me in it's original packing for a full refund of the cost of item within 14 days of purchase. All I ask is that you contact me first by email to let me know the situation so we can see if it is resolvable and that if you do return any item you send it by insured post.
Some of my jewellery includes glass elements and beads. All the glass is kiln annealed for strength and durability but care should be taken with it. Glass jewellery is not recommended for children.
Payment is via the secure Paypal system. You can pay using your Paypal account or pay by using any of the cards shown below. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase items from me.
